Privacy
Effective 27 October 2026. This page covers the website thecatchbots.com and its support tickets. Each bot has its own privacy policy for the bot itself; links are at the bottom of the home page.
What we collect
When you submit a ticket we store what you type into the form: the bot it's about, the topic, your email address, your Discord username and server ID if you give them, the subject and your message, and the time you sent it.
We don't store your IP address. It is kept in memory for up to an hour only to stop spam (at most 5 tickets an hour), and it's forgotten when the server restarts. The site uses no cookies, ads, trackers or analytics.
How we use it
- Your ticket is emailed to catch@thecatchbots.com and you get a copy with your ticket number.
- It is posted in a private staff channel in the CATCH support Discord server, which only CATCH staff can see.
- We use it only to answer your ticket and fix the problem. We never sell it or use it for marketing.
Who handles it
Tickets are stored on our server (Bluehost), emails go through our email provider (Titan), and the staff copy goes through Discord. Each only handles what it needs to deliver the ticket.
How long we keep it
Tickets are deleted automatically 12 months after you send them. Emails about your ticket stay in our support mailbox until we delete them.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email catch@thecatchbots.com from the address you used. We answer within 30 days.
