Is CatchCryptoBot a trading bot?
No. It never trades, never holds funds, and never asks anyone for a seed phrase or private key. It protects your members and answers price questions.
How does it spot scam links?
Every link posted in your server is checked against MetaMask's public list of known phishing domains, which it refreshes on its own. Only links to domains on that list are removed, so normal links stay put.
What permissions does it need?
Manage Messages to remove scam links, Manage Roles to give donors a supporter role, and Kick Members so your mods can remove accounts that copy staff names with one button. It never asks for Administrator.
Do my members have to set anything up?
No. Protection starts once the bot is in your server. Members who want price alerts set their own with a slash command and get them by DM.
